It enables you to schedule each one of your staff a week to three months in advance. You can assign a Person to a Shift and then edit the Shift as needed. Theberry staff scheduler will ensure the validity of every Shift you create with its powerful Rule-Engine and display your new Shift in the Duties Preview pane.
	Hourly Planner Displays shifts in an hours resolution The Hourly Planner Module gives you an hour by hour picture of all the Places (job descriptions) you defined and the Persons (employees) deployed for each Place. You can choose to display all the Shifts on a particular date in clear grid layout. In the event of a last minute change, you can easily modify any Shift and Place with a new Person.
	Persons Displays each person availability time and to which places he can be assigned The Persons Module lists the names and contact details of each staff member in grid layout. Clicking a name gives you a Person's availability status throughout a week, month and year in editable calendar format. You can view all the Places assigned to a Person, add/delete Persons and define/modify all the Places a Person can deploy.
	Location Defines shifts per place and authorize persons to this place The Places Module lists all your organization's job descriptions and services (cooks, cleaners, porters, etc.). You can define and assign fixed Shifts to every Place listed in the Places Module. This module's unique Overlapping Places feature enables you to overlap between two Places in cases where two Places can be simultaneously deployed by one Person. The module also displays all the Persons, Shifts, Overlapping Places and general information assigned to a Place.
